| Synopsis:
This continuing saga of the war between the Death Dealers (vampires) and the Lycans (werewolves). The truth about the ancient feud between the two tribes becomes clear as Selene (Kate Beckinsale) and Michael (Scott Speedman), the lycan-vampire hybrid, try to discover the secrets of their bloodlines as they the run from the vampires, having been the cause of Viktor, the vampire leader?s death. Selene can only hope to plea to the last remaining elder, Marcus. However, Marcus has already awakened and has become a more powerful creature than before. The first Underworld is really good, not great, but really good. This movie on the otherhand...well? This movie starts out great. Me and my brother thought it was going to be awesome just because of the flashback sequence that opens the film. In the opening we get to see some vampire vs. lycan in the dark ages, swords and all, but then the wheels fall off. What happened to this movie? Supervampire chases our heroes through the film. There is a bit of violence here some sex there...yawn, but then the big finale? Where is it? The super battle between super vampire and super werewolf that the film builds toward NEVER HAPPENS! What a letdown! SPOILER WARNING:
The Hybrid, Michael, biatch slaps the superwerewolf and it's over. The superlycan is like RAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHAAAAA and Michael slaps his jaw off...THE END. This movie sucks!
